The girls’ discipleship team will focus on encouraging discipleship and building community among everyone at the BCM. We will work together to encourage discipleship relationships to form within the girls’ community through Households, Community Groups, Ladies who Lunch, Girls’ Nights, Girls’ Retreat, and many other ways throughout the semester. This team is open to anyone who is excited about promoting and learning more about discipleship.

““God created us to be relational people! Discipleship is abiding in Christ daily alongside other believers. Jesus said in John 8:31 “If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples.” Our goal is to facilitate Biblical, intentional, Christ-centered discipleship both within the BCM and within local churches. We don’t want our community to take for granted the potential depth, vulnerability, and sanctification within Christian friendship. Therefore, we want to educate our brothers and sisters about what discipleship is and how to seek it! We hope to equip our Community Group leaders to serve alongside us in achieving this. Our ultimate goal is that God would be glorified in all we say and do as a community.”
